ACTING on behalf of Industrial Property Investment Fund (IPIF), North Rae Sanders and joint agents King Sturge & Company have achieved a successful letting at Swift Park in Rugby to UGC Unipart Group Limited.
The 128,720 sq ft property has been let on a ten year lease from December 2002 at a rental of £5.25 per square foot. Robert Rae of NorthRae Sanders said: "This letting shows the continued attraction of Rugby as a distribution location.
Further deals are also happening locally with Prologis building Pearson's new 446,000 sq ft unit and are also currently building a speculative 225,000 sq ft unit."
