A national company has expanded its business in Leamington by opening a second women-only fitness centre in the town after assistance from a local property agent.
Ladypace UK opened its first Leamington facility in Radford Road less than two years ago.
But demand has been so great that the owners have now opened a second premises in Windsor Place, Bedford Street, through local agents Peter Bromwich and Company.
Ladypace is used by hundreds of local women every week and offers an effective 30-minute workout involving a short warm up followed by three circuits of special PACE fitness equipment.
The workout is designed to keep the heart-rate within the optimum fat-burning range and is taught by fully qualified instructors.
Organiser Pam Cary said: "We are extremely pleased to have a new centre in Leamington as this proves just how popular and successful Ladypace has been.
"Although the complete workout only takes half an hour, between 300 and 900 calories are burned every session - so the rewards are both immediate and visible.
"We offer a combination of aerobic exercise and resistance training so that even the most out-of-condition women will see the inches fall away, giving them a healthier, firmer shape."
Ladypace has centres from London to Doncaster and the new facility in Leamington is the company's tenth.
Jo Pate, of Peter Bromwich and Co, said: "Ladypace is a thriving fitness chain and we are delighted to assist a growing company in its expansion locally.
"The property is situated in a highly accessible location right in the town centre and transforming it into a fitness centre has made excellent use of the space."
