Commercial property surveyors and estate agents Smith & Green have merged with Hawkins Group.
The firm now trades as Hawkins at 33 Albert Street in Rugby. The merger means businesses can now access a comprehensive portfolio of commercial property services.

Nuneaton firm Hawkins decided to expand after spotting a need for more integrated commercial property services.

The office will spearhead Hawkins commercial property services which include a commercial agency together with residential lettings and property management.
Hawkins Group has offices in Nuneaton, Bedworth, Coventry and now Rugby. Its activities span commercial and residential property, including sales, lettings, surveying, independent financial advice and home moving services.
