Shortland Horne have agreed a sale price of £430,000 with a private buyer for an industrial premises in a prime Coventry location.
The former Hanes International building in Jackson Road, Holbrooks, provides very functional accommodation with integral two-storey offices.
There is also ample loading and parking areas over a total site area of 0.56 acres.
The building is ideally located for local and national transport links, with easy access of Junction 3 of the M6.
