SUN
columnist Jon Gaunt returns to the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry on
Friday March 20 and is promising to give the audience, the press and
his former employers at talkSPORT both barrels.
Cov Kid Gaunt is one of the most outspoken media personalities in
Britain and isn’t afraid to voice his opinion on any subject at any
time and after nearly four months of being off the airwaves he’s
angrier than ever.
This is the three-times Sony award-winning broadcaster whose views were too hot for British Radio.
Famously
sacked for calling a councillor who wanted to ban smokers from
fostering a “health Nazi” and an “ignorant pig”, now is your chance to
hear his side of the story on his home patch and see if he has any
regrets.
Gaunt will also be telling tales about his life and the people he has met in his roller coaster of a career.
Then you have the chance to ask any question you want but be prepared because he doesn’t take any prisoners.
So
if you’re as fed up as Gaunt of Great Britain “being turned into
Rubbish Britain by the health and safety Nazis, social workers, New
Labour, the politically correct police chiefs, the namby pamby prison
chiefs and the metropolitan cafe Latte drinking liberal elite who seem
hell bent on turning this sceptred Isle into a septic one” get along to
the Arena and help Gaunt put the GREAT back into Britain.
Tickets, priced £16, are available through the Belgrade box office at www.tickets.belgrade.co.uk or on 024 7655 3055.
MOTORMOUTH Jon Gaunt has recently been in Yorkshire filming a week’s worth of episodes for hit daytime TV show Countdown.
The first of four shows featuring the Cov Kid will air on Thursday March 26 from 3.25pm.
