DESPITE the downturn in the UK's property market, a Nuneaton-based business has managed to go from strength to strength.
The Home Information Pack Company has had to move once already due to the size of the business but it may relocate again due to it's increasing turnover.
Dean Thompson and his team have been at the Eliot Park Innovation Centre since last August but they've already had to move to a larger unit to accommodate their staff numbers.
Dean said: "Although the general property market has suffered recently, we've found there is still significant demand for HIP providers who can add real value for money and that's where we've enjoyed considerable success."
"We've been here for almost a year and the business has changed significantly and has grown in that time.
"There's a strong community of other like-minded business people here which is great for networking and sharing ideas.
"The building itself is great for a business like ours because it makes such a great first impression. We're in the business of property so it's important we are based in a building which makes the right statement and is environmentally-friendly."
Jane Ashcroft from Eliot Park Innovation Centre said: "Dean and his team are the perfect example of how a small business can thrive - not just survive - in an environment like this where there's lots of support available."
